WHOLESALE INFORMATION

Want to carry Rafter S Apparel?

We require that all sellers have a valid resale permit on file with us. We do not sell our line to buy in groups, or to individuals who do not have a resale license on file. If we discover you are selling shirts this way, your order will be canceled and you will lose ordering privileges. 

Minimums:

We know sometimes it's hard to reach required minimums. We keep our minimum low for this reason. We have a minimum of  6 pieces per style. If an order is placed that does not meet these requirements it will not be fulfilled until minimum is met. 

Pre Selling: 

Valid accounts are allowed to pre-sell to their customers but know that you do so at your own risk. We can not be responsible for availability or delivery times unless you have made specific arrangements ahead of time. 

Our Photos:

You are welcome to use our photos but please WATERMARK all unmarked photos. If we find out you are not doing so you will no longer be able to use our photos. With our designs and photos being stolen this is the best way to keep that to a minimum. 

Designs:

We work extremely hard on our designs and we spend HOURS designing the best designs we possibly can for y'all. In the past we've had issues with members of our Facebook taking our photo's and posting them in other groups to have someone else make them. This is a huge no no and if we find out about it, unfortunately we will deactivate your account and you will be removed from our Facebook group. 

Turnaround Time: 

Our current processing time is 10 business days, keep in mind that our products are handcrafted and made as orders are placed. Remember perfection takes time. We work hard to get your order out in a timely manner. If we run into a problem with your order we will notify you via the email you have on file.

** Regarding our tie dye tees- Our TAT for these vary 10-15 business days (if TAT is longer we will update in our Facebook group.These are all hand dyed by us so the process time is lengthy. No two shirts will look the exact same so keep that in mind. 

Our Products:

We only want to sell the best and are always looking for the best quality products to use. At times supply and availability from our sources change on occasion. If we must change suppliers on an item you have on order we will notify you of that change prior to filling your order. We reserve the right to change suppliers on merchandise not yet ordered at any time and without notice.

Opening Our Packages:

Whatever you do, please DO NOT use scissors or sharp objects unless you are extremely careful not to cut the items inside. We do THREE quality checks and your shirts go through FOUR different people before leaving our warehouse.

If it is something we truly missed we will be happy to send a replacement. However, when a garment is cut with a sharp object we can tell by the tear or “defective” area and we will require a picture of the package that it came in before we send a replacement.

Refunds/Order Cancellations: 

All sales are final once the order goes into production. Once an order is placed there cannot be changes made or add ons. We currently have so many orders coming in that we can't keep up with combining orders. 

If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 7 days of your package arriving at orders.raftersapparel@gmail.com , so we can help resolve the issue.

If there is an issue with an item, we can no longer send a refund after the 7 days. You will then only receive store credit or a replacement once we receive the item back. 

If 7 days have passed, you then will have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us. You will only receive store credit or a replacement at this point. After 30 days, we no longer can do anything. 

****If you have a defective item, you will need to send the item back to us. We then will inspect the item before we will issue you a replacement. We will not send a replacement until the item is shipped back to us. 

Shipping: 

We ship via USPS priority mail. Shipping is charge based on weight of package to ensure exact shipping is charged. 

Tracking Numbers:

Once package is ready, you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided. If your tracking number still says “Pre-shipment” for more than 3 BUSINESS DAYS please let us know. I know there are times that tracking will not update until it’s being delivered, that’s USPS not us.

Invoices: 

Invoices must be paid within 24 HOURS from the time you receive it (unless specified). If an invoice goes unpaid 3 different times than we will no longer send you an invoice. It is very time consuming to send out invoices just for them to go unpaid.
